Customers can check delivery availability by entering their PIN code on the product page or during checkout.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days from the date of successful order placement and payment confirmation.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, seller processing time, product size, customization requirements, packaging requirements, stock availability, or other operational factors.

For certain products, the specific processing or dispatch timeline may be mentioned on the product page. Customers are requested to check the product page carefully before placing an order.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery Time

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, installation charges, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless specifically mentioned or required due to an error from InteriorChowk or the seller.

 

6. Multiple Products or Multiple Seller Orders

InteriorChowk is a marketplace platform where products may be listed and fulfilled by different sellers.

If an order contains multiple products or products from different sellers, the items may be shipped separately and may be delivered on different dates.

Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment wherever applicable.

 

7. Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers may receive shipping confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, app notification, or the order details page.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order.

The shipping address should include the correct customer name, mobile number, house number, street, locality, city, state, PIN code, and any landmark if required.

InteriorChowk will not be responsible for delivery failure, delay, or loss caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

 

9. Delivery Attempts

Our courier or logistics partners may make multiple attempts to deliver the order, depending on their delivery process and serviceability.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be marked as undelivered, returned to seller, or cancelled as per courier and seller policy.

In such cases, additional shipping charges or cancellation charges may apply, depending on the order status and seller policy.

 

10. Delayed Delivery

InteriorChowk and its sellers make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

11. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Delivery

If a customer receives a damaged product, wrong product, defective product, or product with missing items/accessories, the customer should raise a request through the website, mobile app, order details page, or customer support within the applicable return or replacement window mentioned on the product page.

Customers may be required to share clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, invoice, shipping label, and damaged or missing parts for verification.

Such cases will be handled as per InteriorChowk’s Return & Replacement Policy and the product-specific seller policy.

 

12. Returns and Reverse Pickup

For returnable or replaceable products, reverse pickup or return shipping instructions may be provided after the return or replacement request is approved.

Return pickup availability depends on courier serviceability, product type, seller location, customer location, and product-specific return/replacement eligibility.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return or replacement is due to a damaged product, defective product, wrong product, missing item, or an error from InteriorChowk or the seller.

13. Non-serviceable Locations

Some PIN codes or locations may not be serviceable for certain products or sellers.

If a location is not serviceable, the customer may not be able to place the order for that product, or InteriorChowk may contact the customer for an alternative solution.

If an order cannot be delivered due to non-serviceability after order placement, InteriorChowk may cancel the order and process the applicable refund as per policy.
