• Coordinate with the Product and Development teams to resolve seller and category-level issues.
• Liaise with Marketing to run category-specific deals, banners, and push notifications.
• Plan inventory and demand with Ops and Supply teams for high-demand seasons.

• Conduct keyword and topic research based on SEO briefs and trends

• Stay up to date with home decor, design, and consumer lifestyle trends
• Draft copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Assist in creating captions, hashtags, and content calendars
• Work closely with SEO, Design, and Marketing teams to align content with goals
• Edit and proofread content to meet quality and consistency standards

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging
• Occasionally feature in brand content (if comfortable with on-camera presence)
